Privacy policy

What we collect. An order needs a name, an email, a shipping address and the card details needed to take payment. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored on this site.

Why. To take payment, pack and ship the order, answer questions about it, and meet tax and accountancy obligations.

Cookies. A session cookie keeps the cart together. Analytics cookies record page views only, not the contents of an order.

Sharing. The payment provider, the carrier that takes the parcel, and the email service that sends order confirmations. Nobody else.

Retention. Order records are kept for as long as tax rules require. Marketing email is only sent if it was asked for, and every message can unsubscribe.

Your rights. Email support@allensupplies.com to ask for a copy of what we hold, or for it to be corrected or deleted. We answer within 30 days.
