Returns

Unopened boxes can come back within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the buyer’s, unless the fault is ours.

Wrong or damaged

If what arrived is not what was ordered, or it arrived broken, email support@allensupplies.shop with the order number and photographs. Those come back at our cost, or are replaced outright.

What is not returnable

Opened vials, and partial boxes, unless the fault is ours. A prepared line that has been reconstituted cannot be resold as new.

Refunds go to the card that paid, and show as a credit beside the original charge.
